About the Founder, Jay Jackson
For years, Jay Jackson has had a front-row seat to Black brilliance. As a Lead Studio Camera Operator, Jay worked on iconic youth programming including Scripps Howard's Spelling Bee, BET’s Teen Summit, and NBC 4’s It's Academic. Through the lens of his camera, he watched the absolute brightest teenagers in the country showcase their intellect.
But intellect without opportunity is a deferred dream. Jay realized that these brilliant kids had the minds to change the world, but lacked the capital and the seasoned experience to navigate the corporate landscape.
