Young Greatness and Black (YGB) is a revolutionary job program and economic accelerator. We bypass the traditional corporate ladder by pairing the intellect of brilliant Black teenagers with elite Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and handing them the reins to high-revenue businesses.

We seek the nation’s brightest Black youth, many of whom are already college graduates, to provide the raw intellect and innovation. Our promise: "You have the intellect. We give you the business, a six-figure salary, the mentorship, and the path to own your first home by 25.

To guarantee success, every youth leader is matched with a Subject Matter Expert. These seasoned professionals serve as coaches, mentors, and direct guides, turning raw intellect into polished industry dominance.

Participants are placed at the helm of high-revenue businesses in vital sectors: Technology, Communications, Entertainment, and Agriculture. This includes initiatives to solve societal issues, such as our program to save Black farmers.

This is real work that guarantees real wealth. Program leaders are compensated with six-figure salaries and receive the financial literacy and backing necessary to purchase their first home by age 25.

YGB aims to create a dramatically expanded landscape of Black ownership in the U.S.. Our objective is to launch an unprecedented challenge to start 100 new, high-revenue businesses in a single year.
